I have a niece who is traveling to Los Angeles. Is there any possible way for her to rent a car? I realize there is a laughable chance on it being ';yes'; but I thought I would askAre there any rental car companies in los angeles that rent to 18-21?
Most of the rental places who rent to under 25 year old are independent companies. I just was in Hollywood for a party and remembered seeing a sign that says ';we went to 18 and over';.





As for insurance, car rental companies will offer it to you, in addition to the rental fees.
