Where is the cheapest rental car?

I need a car for July 15th-July 19th.Just a small economy car is fine. Enterprise website offered $122 and some change but when I called them they told me it was almost $300....makes no sense to me at all. Picking car up at 5 pm on the 15th and drop it off sometime on the 19th. ThanksWhere is the cheapest rental car?
