even if the car get broken You will never be charge of anything except the rental fee.

You definately want to call avis and allow them to set-up arrangements to get the car and change the oil.
Don't worry about it. If it breaks down, you will not be held responsible for a rental car.





I've never heard of customer changing oil for the rental car.
