I will be in Los Angeles this summer for about 6-8 weeks and I will need a car. The only problem is I'm 19, turning 20 this summer. Most rental agencies do not allow people under 21 or in some cases 25 to rent cars. Is there any other way to obtain a car? Your help is greatly appreciated.Good rental car places in Los Angeles?
From what I heard, the Ugly Ducking gives rentals to those under 21. Not sure though.
