Are you allowed to be registered as a secondary driver on a rental car if you are 17?

Hell no.

At my company, you need to be at least 21 to even get behind the wheel, even as an additional driver. If you are between 21-24, that comes with an additional $25 daily Young Renter's Fee, even if you are listed as an additional driver. And the additional driver's fee is 9.99 a day.

My advise: wait until you get older. Are you allowed to be registered as a secondary driver on a rental car if you are 17?
Nope, because I work for Alamo.

NO

You must be twenty one and have your own credit card. It has to be a credit card, not a debit card. That only applies to a secondary driver. To rent a car you have to be twenty five and have a credit card.
doubt it usually gt to b 21
no
