Do I have to pay my parking ticket if its in a rental car,I didnt give any of my information?

The rental company will get the ticket, and since they will still have your credit card information they will charge you for the ticket plus some outrageous service charge for taking care of it.Do I have to pay my parking ticket if its in a rental car,I didnt give any of my information?
The rental car company will look up who had the car at the time of the ticket so, yes you will have to pay it legally.

And ethicly, you should anyway. Why should other people have to pay because you parked illegally?Do I have to pay my parking ticket if its in a rental car,I didnt give any of my information?
You parked the car so you pay the ticket. Do you make a habit of trying to avoid responsibility for what you do? If so why should anyone trust or respect you?
You sure did...when you rented it...read your agreement.
You gave all your information, including drivers license and social security #'s to the rental company. They know the dates you had the car. You can't get out of it.
there is always the option to go to court over it, in which good things and very bad things can happen. Judges hate traffic court and usually make examples out of people that show up there. If you do take your chances research as best you can why you weren't in the wrong or how a certain procedure wasn't followed by the cop, then you may have a fighting chance.

To be honest though Judges work with cops, they'll believe the cop over you, not to mention if you have no one representing you, you may find yourself in more trouble.

Yes you'll end up paying the ticket if you lose in court or do not go. Like someone said earlier the rental place has your info.

There is also the possibility that if you do not pay the ticket in the time alloted that they will issue a warrant for your arrest. They won't actualy form a manhunt but if you get pulled over again you'll go directly to jail without passing go!
duh YES You think the rental agency doesn't know who rented the car that day?

Watch your mail....you will get it....
Sure you do. You drove it and parked it there, your responsible, sorry!!
Yes you do. Even if you didnt give your information, once the rental company receives notice, they can/will track the rental information for the day of and they can/hold you liable.
Ultimately they will send the bill to the rental car company who will then send it to you.
The rental company will recieve a copy of the ticket in the mail and they will come o you for the money. Most likely they will charge it to the credit card you used to rent the car. Sorry, but you might as well judt get used to the idea of paying it.
you betcha. if you parked illegally .
Why would you even ask such a stupid question?Be honest and pay for the ticket you got.Would you like someone to borrow your car get a ticket and expect you to pay for it?Be responsible.
Yes Hun... they can obviously track down the time you had the car and figure out that it was you. 2+2=4
you may not have given your details but the rental firm will have it and give your details to the police,,sorry
