Use to be plenty of ';Rent a Wreck'; places, older cars etc. Check them out.
I don't know of any, but there are many places where a person can recieve a prepaid card (has the credit card company logo and your name on it). You just don't get credit, more like a gift card.

They always require a credit card. You could call them and ask if they will take a cash deposit, you will need to show proof of insurance.
I don't know of any....not even ';rent a wreck';! but you always can use a pre-paid Credit Card...no one has to know, but you! get it at Walgreen's...you get them at different denominations!
