Are there any rental car companys that let you pay with cash if you have no credit card?

Enterprise requires a minimum $250 cash deposit or debit card, a valid drivers license, a recent utility bill that is not past due (power, gas, water), proof of a valid home phone (phone bill---cell phone doesn't count), references, and a recent pay check stub. Are there any rental car companys that let you pay with cash if you have no credit card?
most car rental agencies require a credit card for a security deposit. you dont have to charge the car on it just provide it for liability reasons. Are there any rental car companys that let you pay with cash if you have no credit card?
I believe Budget rental car will with proper ID. but since 9/11 companies have really locked down on this type of practice.
Generally speaking no. Unless you could leave a cash deposit big enough to cover wrecking the car you rent.
I would assume they all would let you pay cash if you didn't have a credit card.
I work for a small independent car lot. We rent cars. We will rent to cash. We require a $250.00 deposit, car ins(liability) , 22 years older. Local only no one ways or out of state travel.
