If my mom rented a car, is there a chance that I, 19, could drive that rental car, for an additional fee? This is for Missouri car rental businesses... etc. hertz, budget.Can a 19 yr old drive a rental car in Missouri?!?
Nope, all the major chains require all drivers to be at-least 21. [A daily fee for drivers between 21-24 years old]. At 19, sorry but your out of luck.
